We’ve used Rowan Enterprise at home, our businesses, and rental properties. JT has also hauled some very unique and heavy items multiple times for us. They have performed complete renovations, flooring, dry wall, demolition , poured concrete pads, hauling and delivering material, excavating and site prep, footers and block walls, dug trenches for utilities, snow removal, assembled an 84’ pole building and a green house. We’ve never had an issue with their work and the owner can’t be any easier to deal with. They will work through the night to complete a project if necessary. I haven’t seen anyone grow their business and excel at a variety of tasks like Rowan Enterprise.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND J.T. and his team for all of your diverse construction needs. He was able to haul and dump a triaxle of topsoil for us as well as build us a few custom raised beds. He has also done work for many of our family and friends and they have been very happy !

For more than a year I’ve been wishing for a walkway from my gate to my deck. We got a few quotes that made my head spin and I thought maybe someday… well someday came when our buddy JT Rowan owner of Rowan Enterprise stopped by one day for a completely different reason and we got to talking and he said “yeah I can do that!” 🥳 Not only could he do my walkway but he gave us a beautiful patio out of our walkout basement and installed drainage that I was also quoted for at an extremely exuberant amount! JT and his crew worked swiftly and with the utmost respect for our property! They were able to complete all work within a week! Could not have asked for a better experience!!!

I am an electrical contractor and use Rowen Enterprise to do our excavation, concrete and restoration. JT has been super responsive and everyone on our projects have been above and beyond. We just did a super successful project just outside of D.C. and between the demo, and coming back to restore and pour the new pads I couldn’t be more supportive. I have to say it has been sad to see the negative reviews, after I spent some time researching I saw these reviewers are from a lower level competitor trying to compete with Rowen’s quality. I can assure anyone reading this, you will not be disappointed using Rowen.
